How Units Work on a 1 mL Syringe
A 1 mL syringe is typically marked in units, where the full syringe (1 mL) equals 100 units. Each small unit marking therefore represents 0.01 mL, and larger numbered markings usually appear at intervals such as 10, 20, 30 units, and so on.
Units on a syringe measure volume only, not dosage or strength. The actual amount of a substance delivered depends on its concentration, which is determined separately.
Always follow appropriate professional or research protocols when measuring liquids.
